These terms cover custom spreadsheet services: scope, quotation, payment, delivery estimates, customer responsibilities, revisions, change requests, cancellation, refund considerations, confidentiality, intellectual property, file delivery and communication. Submitting a request does not obligate SheetClub to accept the project. A project begins only after SheetClub accepts the work, the customer approves the quotation, and any required payment has been received.
