After your payment is confirmed, your files are available immediately on the order confirmation page and any time from My Account → Downloads.
Do I need Excel?
Most templates are Excel workbooks (.xlsx). Some also include a Google Sheets copy link. Each product page lists exactly which software that template supports.
Does every template support Google Sheets?
No — Google Sheets support varies per template. Always check the compatibility section on the specific product page.
Can templates be customized?

Can I resell SheetClub files?
No. Files are licensed for permitted purchaser use and may not be resold, shared or redistributed except where expressly permitted.
What happens if I cannot download my purchase?

What is Custom Support?
Custom Support is our service for bespoke spreadsheet work: automation, dashboards, formulas, reporting, data cleaning, troubleshooting or entirely new templates.
How do custom projects and quotations work?
You submit a request with your requirements and files. We review it and send a quote with scope, price and timeline. Once you accept and pay, we begin work; you track progress and message us in your account, and we deliver the final files securely.

What is the refund policy?
