This policy explains what SHEET CLUB ("we", "us") collects when you use https://sheetclubofficial.com/, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. We only collect what we need to sell and deliver digital templates.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
- Order details: billing name, address, country, and — if you ask for a GST invoice — your GSTIN. We need these to issue a valid tax invoice.
- Anything you send us: support messages, product reviews, and files or briefs you upload when you request a custom spreadsheet.
- If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture so we can create your account. We never receive your Google password.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view on our shop.
- An approximate location derived from your IP address, used only to show prices in a sensible currency.
- Cookies that keep you signed in and remember what is in your basket. These are essential — the shop cannot work without them.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s systems and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
Why we use it
- To give you the templates you bought, and to keep your downloads available in your account.
- To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To answer your questions and deliver custom work you have commissioned.
- To tell you when a template you already own has been improved — your purchases include free updates.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the shop secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your basket and currency. You can block cookies in your browser, but the shop and checkout will not work properly without the essential ones.
We do not currently run any advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the suppliers we need to run the shop, and only what each of them needs:
- Our payment provider, to take payment and to reconcile settlements to our bank.
- Our web host and email provider, to run the site and send order emails.
- Our accountant and the tax authorities, where the law requires it.
Where your information goes
Some of our suppliers operate outside your country, so your information may be processed abroad. We only use suppliers that commit to protecting it under recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your account and download history are kept until you ask us to close your account. Support messages and custom-project files are kept only as long as they are useful, and are deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and personal information, except records we must keep by law.
- Stop sending you marketing messages — every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
- Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR; if you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Children
Our shop is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored hashed, and the files you upload for custom work are stored in a protected folder that is not publicly browsable. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and fix problems quickly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
