The included example achieves 80% plan accuracy, with Deep Work planned for 15 hours but only 9 hours completed, meetings running 4.5 hours over, and 3.5 hours spent on a category that was never planned. Create your 12 custom categories once, assign colours, and select them from dropdowns throughout the weekly grid — the schedule automatically colours itself for an instant visual overview. Change the slot length from 30 to 15 minutes, adjust your day start and end times, and the grid reflows automatically. The TIME LOG lets you record date, start time, end time, category, activity, focus rating and interruptions, while minutes, hours, weekday, week number and planned/unplanned status calculate automatically, including activities that cross midnight. The spreadsheet calculates your Biggest Time Leak, Unplanned Time, Plan Accuracy and Weighted Focus Score, helping you understand where your schedule is unrealistic and where your time actually goes. The DASHBOARD displays hours blocked, hours logged, plan accuracy, deep-work hours versus target, focus score, biggest time leak, unplanned hours and busiest day, plus charts for planned vs logged time by category, hours by day and time distribution.
