Critical is worth 10 and Low is worth 1 — until you change them. Overdue multiplies by 3 — until you change it. Anything you can finish in two hours gets a bonus, because clearing small things is how a list stops growing. Then NEXT UP shows your top 15 tasks, ranked, with a WHY THIS column beside each one — “Critical · 2 days”, “High · Overdue” — so you can always see why something is at the top. And three things a due-date tracker simply cannot do: BLOCKED TASKS SCORE ZERO. Point a task at the one it depends on. Until that task is Done, this one is locked 🔒 and never reaches the top of your list. No more wondering why something has been stuck for a fortnight. IT SPOTS SLIPPAGE BEFORE THE DUE DATE. For every task the sheet works out where you should be by now — from how much of the start-to-due window has elapsed — and compares it to your actual % complete.
